Pinks and reds



Giant radish from the kitchen garden,








burweed;  firework flowers  for Julia because they remind me of her painted flowers,




once popular, now out of fashion, carnations with a scent so divine.

    Be still my heart! Carnations remain always in fashion for me, I love the dark color of these carnations. Fireworks flowers have their own special beauty! I love this new discovery.

    That is a big radish indeed. It looks like a red bliss potato.

    you say carnation, and i recall its scent. straight away. somewhere between cat's pee and sweet wine. or is that just me????
