beautiful countryside! it looks like moorland with birches and heaths - this is one of my favourite landscape. and your garden is a dream! I would like to sit on the bench and look to this wonderful sky! x mano
Yes Mano, that first shot gives that impression but actually it is a very nice clay soil here, i'm just across that line from more sandy soil and clay, lots of fruit growers in this area, x
This is the flower garden, on both sides behind the hedges there are small meadows, when i'm in the kitchen garden there are other house in sight too but not to close. take care x
Renilde, Hello, Thanks for your comment on my post about the breasts to kiss, I was thinking a while if I show that text, but now I realize that sensible people like you, they like it I loved seeing your notebook with illustration and text on the clothesline from your neighbors! is like watching a bit something of your every day's life, thanks for sharing. Still, spring is not seen much, right? Will come! will come!!!! :) XO
hihi, i wouldn't mind owning a park if only i had some gardeners to call in then, now it is a size i can just manage on my own, though the past 2 years i did have some help to clip the bigger hedges and to spade the kitchen garden, xx
I love your garden...the formal boxwood hedges and surrounding bigger hedges. It looks like a secret garden, a place I'd like to sit, bring a book and tea and let the afternoon roll by. Hope you are enjoying the unfolding of spring! xo
Nadine I think its a botanical garden.......just beautiful Renilde is this your handiwork? Did you create this garden? I would love to sit in that garden drawing the days away. This is when I love the internet and blogging I get to share your gorgeous garden.
I popped in to let you know that the drawing challenge post is up on my blog and to ask you to leave a comment if you are participating.
Thanks Helen, yes this is my handiwork, you can take a look here http://strokeofthebrush.blogspot.com/2011/05/memories-of-garden-4.html, that's where it started, just an overgrown small meadow, x
oh spring, we bow, we dance....we pause and listen to the birds...we watch you paint the earth green, crayon bright you talk us into living outside again, in the garden.
wow renilde this looks so impressive and i can see from the comments that you take care of most if it by your self. this is even more impressive. it looks so beautiful there.
