I'm making an animal garland for grandson
 it's his second birthday this month and he adores animals

books bought in the thriftstore;
Jeanette Wintersons Lighthousekeeping is just beautiful

winter is still just grey
 stepping outside feels good though, need to feel the cold air in my lungs,
the smell of rain falling on a winter garden
coming in from my  walk the house feels like  warm embrace

  2. this is a real great collection of photos, the animals and the compositions on the pictures, a garland I never did but in fact I was thinking of to host a d.c with that theme one day.

    suddenly the black gloves, don´t know why but they catch my eyes, there is someone... mystic

    1. splendid idea! imagine how much fun it would be to look at all our garlands (and making them) do it my dear

      the gloves are vintage ones, in fact they are deep night blue( i will call them mystic blue now), the color made me buy them x

    Renilde, I love the winter,
    frosty mornings,
    snow
    But (there is always a but)
    I have to endure the summer, heat, humidity, Ugh!
    and is just beginning! :(((((
